Customer service that actually cared
This is an amended review because of my great customer service experience. (Specifically Pete at Executive Gift Shoppe) I reviewed a recent purchase, as the engraving just didn't turn out the way i was hoping - but the item, shipping, and quality were good. However, what i was surprised by was the response from their customer service. They were quick, fair, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They offered a variety of resolutions. Just by their efforts I would definitely buy again from them again.

A good little knife
It was a gift for my father and he absolutely loves it. The engraving looks great. I fully back this knife.

Awful. Money clip isn't hard attached, so it comes off when removed from pocket.
The money clip is not attached to the apparatus, it hangs on the side and comes off every time you take it out of your pocket. Then the clip isn't shaped to hold more than a few bills or cards, so it really doesn't work in that regard either. On top of all that - it cant be returned if engraved. POS

Great find, but use caution with personalization!
Quality product, quick delivery, only complaint is the font of the script is very small…difficult to read in person. I wish I would have received clarification on the actual design…but seems like a good product!

5th purchase...my husband loves his money clip....but can't seem to hold on to it! Last one slips out of his front pocket. Not the product's fault!
