You get all four with different strengths and colour coded for that price which is quite nice and reasonable as one band normally costs around 15 quid, they very strong, stretchy and do make a difference to my workouts for sure :)

These bands are really good quality and great practice for pull ups I have worked through a few bands and no longer need them for pull ups. The bands have never snapped or damaged at all so definitely worth the money.

Great quality & bargain price for this band & it does match the “standards” for red bands so it matches the others I’ve used.

I use this at the start of almost every workout. An awesome way to warm up all the small shoulder muscles and triceps especially. i would recommend 10/10

i purchased two of these bands. the bands were delivered fine. the bands work fine and are durable and use them for resistance training for body weight and weighted exercise. they come with a carry bag which is useful.

Good value bands, 5 for the price of 1 or 2. Decent enough case. Need to be used a bit to make them more supple.Helping me with my home gym.
