People buy like 5 bottles at a time so it goes quick. **Q: Can anyone share their recipe using this dressing with pasta, chicken or shrimp? Thanks!** A: We brush it on the chicken or shrimp directly while cooking or marinade in a bag for a few hours prior to tossing on the bbq grill. It’s also delicious brushed or marinated with asparagus (the large ones from Costco) and grilled. Gotten the most compliments from the grilled asparagus using this. Enjoy! **Q: Does this come in a glass or plastic container?** A: They come in a plastic container. The glass bottles have a smaller amount. **Q: Is the egg yolk in the sauce pasteurized?** A: I don't know for sure, but I would not be surprised if it was manufactured with a powdered egg product.
