I have a large G S and he cannot destroy this ball. **Q: How do i use the lifetime warranty? I need to get a replacement ball.** A: I had bought same ball from Chewy and although it's a manufacturers warranty, Chewy sent an authorized replacement. I suggest you contact Amazon or the fulfilling seller and request the replacement. If that does not work, contact the manufacturer (see back of package). Note that the warranty states "dogs up to 40 lbs". I have gotten two replaced! **Q: Is this the soft version or the hard version?** A: This Ball is hard rubber but flexible enough that it bounces and floats on water **Q: Is there any way to specify color? My puppy has one of these in the pink color and adores it. I want a new pink one.** A: It's the luck of the draw. you can't pick color. They are both heavy chewers, and they have not even pierced the balls after months of having them. One of my dogs loves that it has an amazing bounce. While the other one chews and chews on it (I believe she's waiting for it to squeek). They literally fight over who gets the ball. Doesn't matter that we have 4 of them. If one of them has it, the other one wants to take it from her. I keep buying more, as they destroy all other toys and balls. I just keep replacing the destroyed toys with these.
