It will rip. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 22, 2022* It has a lot more organizational options than the typical Herschel bag (of which I own 2), which is often just a bag with one pocket; however, the construction and materials are shoddy. Many of the interior pockets have ripped due to cheap, thin fabric. I was able to ignore that, but when the leather handle on the top of the bag started to rip within a year of ownership I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, the reply was it's outside of the warranty, so there's nothing they can do.As far as I'm concerned, a backpack is a near-lifetime purchase. If you take care of it, it should last you for as long as you want it to. A 30-day warranty, to me, seems insufficient, but maybe I'm just used to the Jansport and LL Bean bags of my youth. There is no closure stronger than a magnet of "hook & loop," so putting it in an overhead bin could be risky. As long as it's on your person, it's great though. And there's a place to put a light so you're visible to folks coming up behind you. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hard to insert a 13'' Laptop despite it being for 15'' Laptops *by K***W on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 21, 2018* I bought this after reading the great reviews saying that it's "good quality" and durable. I was hoping that it'd be ideal an ideal backpack to throw my laptop and a few notebooks in but I was wrong. It's hard to slide the laptop in with ease and even harder to put it in/take it out especially when there's things inside the backpack. My laptop is only 13'' so imagine how hard it'd be to insert anything larger than that. The interior is big enough to fit the laptop but the opening is not, thus resulting in difficult insertion.Also! THERE ARE NO PADDINGS WHATSOEVER. I thought it was odd that the backpack arrived folded in half and then I realized why - there's no paddings. No paddings in the laptop area and no paddings on the straps. There is arguably a little in the back for space to insert the laptop, but was obviously put there without intent for comfort or safety. The material is also very cheap and thin and would not last you more than a few months.
