Samsung Galaxy Wi-Fi Camera - White (16MP, 21x Optical Lens) 4.8 inch LCD

I like this Samsung camera very much,and because of the settings been so similar to my Samsung Galaxy mobile its very easy for me to use,i like everything about it,the large touch screen is great,the Apps clarity of photos and videos all the features in it are good good good. Some of my friends had seen it and they want to buy it.

I ordered this expecting to be able to put in a micro sim card and use 3G to share photos whilst out and about. This model (EK-GC110) is the WIFI ONLY model and does not take a micro sim. I'm returning it so can't comment on its usage. It looks and feels lovely though.

I loved this camera, it was fantastic for macro, people commented on face book and said how clear the photographs were etc.......and then the problems started......close ups on zoom fantastic, anything distant was out of focus, the motion capture function captured a blur if fast moving and fuzzy if slow moving, the waterfall function was a white out/over exposed, the sensor then decided to only show up reds through to yellow everything else was grey, I double checked I hadn't altered the settings etc. but nothing I had done. The voice recognition then also stopped working too. I returned the camera, it was confirmed as faulty. The replacement didn't even make it out of the shop, colours were very washed out compared with the actual item and the voice recognition didn't work. The assistant then informed me that Samsung know about the fault with voice recognition & there is a patch/update on the website. Why send out goods that you know are faulty Samsung? Shame on you!!!! Conclusion: This camera is fantastic when it is working, but don't buy it without and extended warranty, I don't think I would trust it to have very long life span. I don't think I would buy another one unless the price dropped considerably.

read other reviews which mixed re quality of camera and pictures but have to say this is a great product easy to use and photo quality is fab

good reasonably robust frame fits in the hand well, decent zoom for its size and a good clear screen that has a great menu system that makes using all the cameras many functions easy to do. the ability to save picture straight to dropbox via Wi-Fi is really easy to use and the quality of the pictures is still very good. if you want a uncomplicated point and shoot camera that has some nice useful features and a large bright screen then this is a good buy

I wanted a camera with a large screen, and this is the only one I've found that fits the bill, bought second hand. I love it. It took a while for an inveterate iPhone user to get used to the Android interface for apps, etc., but in a wifi environment, I don't even need a phone. Synchronised with Dropbox I can ensure all my photos are saved to the cloud immediately. It's nice to hold (although you do need to be careful not to touch the screen unless you really want to change any of the settings, as it's easy to do so by mistake). I've not explored all the settings yet, but the editing apps are great, and the different scene and effects settings are good and easy to apply. The quality of the photos is very good. As a second hand camera, the lens cover is a bit sticky and doesn't always open fully. I'm hoping to find a way of cleaning it without damaging it further, although once aware of it, it's easy just to flick it open manually. Came packaged in original box, with spare battery and charging cable and quick instruction book. Prompt delivery, all in all very pleased.

I took an offer on Amazon that of purchased from Amazon I can get £70 cash back through a Citi Bank Cash Card from Samsung. I received the camera by or before 15th May 2013 and I submitted the Samsung Cash back claim after 10 days from the date of order as per there condition but it has been over a month, I still haven't received the cash card. I am have resubmitted the claim form which again may take time. I am really very unhappy as I chose to buy it from Amazon.
