Can this be used with a printer to print a colored art piece

Do not recommend unless your printer is an industrial grade one meant to print on heavy paper. I have an Epson artisan and it doesn't work for that. Not very good with markers either.

I'm looking to print a tarot deck- is this paper durable enough to stand up to handling?

Print through a machine ?? I think Epson paper would be best bet

what is the difference in this printmaking paper and watercolor paper?

Texture is flat. There is no sizing. Paper is thick and quite absorbent. You could probably use this for watercolors, but I would expect paint to soak right in and limit the ability to use washes, bleeding or other soft-edge techniques.

Does it work for dry point? Can it handle water?

Yes, I believe it does well with dry and water. I used water color, inks, acrylics and a variety of other fluid products. It worked well of me.. Good luck.
