YAY!
It seems these are impossible to actually get at an IKEA store. Thankfully I found a set here and we gave them a shot. They arrived before they were scheduled which was great. My son put the bed together last night and they worked like a charm. Fit great and we didn't have to wait weeks for them to be back in stock and then pounce at the local IKEA store. Are they more expensive than the ones you can get directly through IKEA? Yes. But here I actually GOT THEM so I found it worth the extra expense.

doesn’t include the rubber runners for the slats
I dislike that I still have to make a trip to AIKEA for the slats rubber runners

Supply & Demand = finding what I needed A+ transaction
I bought the bed at IKEA and they have been out of the slats/support for some time. At my IKEA they sell for $30. I paid 3 times that and I'm okay with that (other buyers complained). This isn't IKEA we're buying from someone that had what many of us needed, when the supplier didn't. I can't fault anyone for providing a service and making a profit (it's not price gouging as not having a foundation for a bed is not a disaster). All that said, they shipped for free and I got it fast! If you don't live near an IKEA to pick one up you'll pay more in shipping than what this comes out to (just saying). It was easy, despite reviews from people that obviously didn't read what they were reviewing there is no assembly required. You just lay them out and as long as you use the screws that come with it into an IKEA bed frame (they work like stoppers) and it stays in place beautifully. Very sturdy. I think some reviewers had used them with non-ikea beds or maybe didn't have a way to use the screws to secure them. They have a slight arch that makes them springy and it's perfect for my 17 year old daughters pillow top mattress and her body weight.

Savings over IKEA….
IKEA is $30 per section. 2 sections required for a Queen ( which these are ) so a tank of gas would cost me $50+ and my IKEA was out. Well worth the extra $30 over the IKEA cost.

Great bed slats
Easily fits into your IKEA bed frame. Stays snug when bolted down properly. Easily holds my plus size body.

Most uncomfortable way to support mattress
Looks nice and feels solid, but the arch in the slats caused a ton of neck pain and back pain for my fiancé and I. As soon as I took it off and replaced it with flat boards it was immediately way more comfortable.
