Fits my Weber grill perfectly and is extremely durable. I cured the grill with peanut oil (high smoke point) and it was almost Teflon-slick. I moaned the grill to a friend who left it in the weather and, I thought, ruined it. I cleaned the grill will stainless brushes to remove the crude, then ran the grill at over 600 degrees for a half hour. My modified regulator allows higher temps. I scraped it again, cured it with peanut oil and it was like-new again.

Long story short, I bought my Q200 when it first came out. Got mine at Sears. I have had to replace the cooking grates from Weber every year because they would rust to hell. This replacement is far superior to what comes with the grill. They look the same and fit perfectly, but trust me this is a far superior product. This one cleans well, takes massive abuse, and shows zero sign of rusting. So, if you are looking for a hassle-free replacement, this cooking grate is the perfect solution for you.

The original grate is one solid piece and these are two halves that rely on these clips to not fall in the grill. However even after ordering the flat top as well I still received no clips and to get anywhere with Amazon you must return the whole thing. It’s only another 30 bucks for the clips separately but if these will be sold aftermarket the clips that are shown in the picture should come with it.

This fits and performs exactly as promised. We have used it 10+ times and so glad we purchased it.

We used the original one more than 19 years. After then it showed pretty rusty. We installed this one and never regretted it. Its solid made and the coating protects well. The Q Kettle works as usual. It fits perfectly as it should.

This great fits in the grill very well thanks to the two extra pieces included with it.

Fits my 18 yo Q220 like a glove with the included support clips. Gave it a burn, oiled and burned, and threw a couple of steaks on it. For all appearances on first use, this is great. Weight is correct, surface/finish looks good. Time will tell. The half-grill format makes it easy for me to potentially get a half griddle surface in the future. If you lose a clip, this doesn't work anymore. But not too difficult to get a similar made if you still have one as a pattern, in the worst case scenario.

Fit our Weber perfectly and replaced the rusted through original grates. Weber is still going strong on its original burners, spark lighter etc. Not reason to toss when we could get affordable replacement grate.

this is a decent grill and way easier to remove and clean in two pieces...
