I found that this helps my foot a great deal.You are able to wash it each night and it is ready to stick the next day.I do put some tape over it just to make sure it holds-although-I really do not need to.I think this would help you if you have a bunion which really can bother you.

These may be fine for everyday use. I got them for running and they quickly move out of place.

This is moderately cushioning but better than nothing if you have a painful bunion. Washing it in water does reinvigorate the stickiness, but it still moves around during the day. I've found Compeed plasters preferable, probably because they stick tight for two or three days and are so smooth that your socks or shoes glide over them. I use this when I'm out of Compeeds.

Item arrived on time but after you use it one time it doesn't stick again. It would be tooexpensive to purchase for every day use.
