I just moved across the country and needed something to sleep on while I was in the process of the move. This was super easy to inflate. I found that when I didn’t inflate it entirely it is much more comfortable. It does deflate a little overnight but It appears to be normal. The pump sucks the air out of it but I did have to sit on it for a while to get it flat enough to roll up into the bag that comes with it.
