I actually thought most of these reviews were fake, and I wrote to the company, because the reviews all seemed to have a certain type of language. I am 46 (almost 47) and pretty deep into perimenopause. I have a very favorite hormone balancing supplement, but after using it consistently for quite a while, I start to have breakthrough symptoms, and so I have learned that I’ve needed to cycle it out and back in. I needed a supplement that would be a great alternative that I could use when I cycle off of my other supplement and I have been on this long enough to tell you that it’s actually worked great for me. It’s definitely almost up there with my favorite supplement, but not quite. It has kept me very balanced though, and it really regulates my hormones. I think the only thing that I noticed that is really different from my favorite supplement is that when I’m about to start my period, it doesn’t regulate things as well and I will go back to very typical low estrogen symptoms of a shorter cycle and heavier period with a lot of gut issues and joint pain, cramps, etc. versus the other supplement that has me feeling pretty dang great most days of the month and I will have a 27-28 day cycle. But I have loved this supplement as my backup!

I’ve only been taking the She’s Obsessed supplement from The Formulation Factory for a day, but I’m already liking it so far. I felt a slight boost in my mood and energy, and it didn’t make me feel jittery or uncomfortable. Please don't buy this. I tried it for three days, without mixing it with any other medications. The first day, I had such a severe headache that I had to drive with one eye covered because I was blinded by the pain. The second day, I tried taking just one pill, thinking that maybe two, as the instructions said, was too much. I still had a headache, but it was milder. The third day was the worst. Just one pill, and I was dizzy and nauseous all day long, so dizzy I was falling over. At work, my boss almost called 911. I was vomiting and extremely dizzy. I had to take anti-nausea pills. Today is the fourth day, and I still had to take anti-nausea pills. I can't drive, and this company won't give you a refund. My advice: don't buy medications from Amazon. This is the second time this has happened to me...
