These lights are great. I used them for a patio I had installed (see photo). Some say the lights are not bright enough. I think they could possibly be to bright. I used 6 x 9 pavers and the lights are flush with the patio. I really like these lights. The only PITA is you have to open them (6 screws with an allen wrench) and turn them on. Other than that I recommend these solar lights.

So far so good. I used these to replace some very old paver lights and they look great. Will they last I don't know since my experience has shown they are good for a year or two then dead. There is a replaceable battery and yes you have to unscrew 6 hex screws (use a light drill to save yourself time) to turn on the paver light before you install it. The picture appears brighter then the actual due to glare but make no mistake these are bright with the 12 leds.12/14/18 - one star- after roughly 1-2 years I have gone through 3-4 of these. They just do not hold up to the elements therefore I would not recommend them.

The product appears well made with a nice screwed on lens. A full day’s Florida sun allowed the light to illuminate throughout a 10 hr night. Only issue is the emitted light was not “warm white” but very blue. I will return it.

I wish there was more than one in the package. It does the job and recharges pretty well. As for longevity, I can't say anything for now. When it's very sunny it is brighter that evening. So far no issues.

Product at face value is great - when they work, the light is beautiful and simple. However, it is a real painful exercise to unscrew multiple screws to get to the insides and then a further ton of tiny (non stainless screws) to get to the battery compartment. The main lens has to be tightened extremely carefully to prevent leaking (too much and it bows and flexes and lets water in, and too loose also lets water in). It needs a better gasket and if it's supposedly watertight, there is no need to have multiple tiny screws holding the battery compartment closed. When they function, it's great. The manufacturer is non responsive to emails, web forms or voicemails and for this reason alone, I would stay far far away

These look nice from far away, but not utilitarian. I used a couple along the border near the hot tub to give a little light near the path and stairs. They are neat looking, but up close they are too bright/blinding when you are looking down, so it actually makes it *harder* to see the path at night. I suppose if they were tilted down towards the ground they’d work, but in the ground/patio they are like looking into headlights. So functional for helping light a dark walkway? Not really—I’d say the opposite. Cool looking from across the yard? Yes.

These last for hours and can take at least a slight beating. My kids have stepped on them several times and they seem to hold up.
