Does this work on beauty works hair extensions?

I have nanos and it’s great. I have been using this monthly as an overnight mask, and every time I wash my hair I deep condition with Bed Head’s reconstructer mask to keep them hydrated and healthy.

I’m trying to request a refund as my item was not received but it only asks me to return the product? Can anyone help me please?
