Excellent product wouldn’t use anything else

There are lots of negative reviews because the tubes are being sent without tips. This is an issue with the seller not with the product. Mine was fulfilled by amazon. I contacted them and the rep did everything that he could to make it better. I have the seller a negative review. The product does exactly what it's supposed to do. I guess that I need to go change my negative review because the rep did try to fix the problem. I'm just not sure if my replacement will come with tips or not.

Works great

Little expensive. I applied this to new wood patio columns to prevent water damage to the wood from the sprinklers. I then painted the columns when dry. The paint adhered well. The sealant worked perfectly. It took about 1 tube for each column. Its a little expensive but so far it works.

We used the whole zip system on a wall at our house and it worked great! This was great to fill in my creases and nail holes! We loved all the products and they have been out in the elements for months now without any signs of wear on them!

Great size if you have a smaller job and only regular caulking guns. I didn't have an expensive sausage caulking gun so I purchased this size for a smaller job. Came with the screw on tip btw.

I thought to try this on the nail holes. There is a reason you almost never see this product used on any buildings you might drive by. Avoid it if all possible because it is expensive, hard to clean up, drips, does not stay in the holes, takes very long time to dry, shrinks and requires two coatings. It is probably the worst product I have ever used.

This is one of the best liquid flashing products on the market. Just be sure you prep your surfaces (e.g. no dirt or other loose debris). I've had very good experiences with using this product for flashing many different kinds of jobs that required it.
