Hi only just got them to day and am really pleased with them I used for my upper tummy as I got gastro problems and found heat was very good for the pain so was looking for some pads so I did not have to carry hot water bottle made up They don’t go on the skin & I like that so just I ordered other box and I put it on a 11 clock only just removed it As am going to bed and it was still warm. Definitely would recommend this product.

I purchased these pain relieve patches as an alternative and they worked. I try to keep some in stock because the heat patches are also useful for other areas where a soothing heat is required.

Easy to use, provides pretty good pain relief although wish it could be hotter but lasts for a long time. Will definitely buy again.

Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.

They stay warm for a few hours

They are very good but be careful not to let it touch your skin as it leaves a mottled area on your skin but are good value for money

Absolutely useless. I find it very hard to believe people are getting burns from these, as they do not heat up. I tested 12 of them, and none got warmer then 15 degrees Celsius. People are obviously confused by heat burns and a reaction to the adhesive used to stick them on.

They are alright does take a while to heat up

When I first bought this product I bought it on wim just at the chance in might work and let me tell you. IT DOES. FOR HOOUUURRSS. I have severe cramping and took the majority of the pain away, it worked amazing. It lasted almost 12 hours, the last few hours it wasn’t as hot because it was cooling off but that’s expected. I recommend it immediately to sooo many people! And for under $15 who can beat that????? MUST BUY PURCHASE!!!

BEST for traveling!!! Used for menstrual cramps and I have deep endometriosis so was worried it wouldn’t be warm enough. I traveled where there was no microwave to heat up my heating pad so tried these and they were warm enough ALL night (only way I can function/sleep is heat :)). I also followed instructions and had it on the outside of my underwear (not directly on skin) and still worked so well.
