I live with roommates and when you share a fridge, something like this goes missing from time to time. Not having to refrigerate these works really nice. Also, it's a great drink for my morning commute to work. I'm back to getting some Vit D (and more) on a daily basis and it's a little pick-me-up as well. I also keep a 3 pk at work in case I get hungry and don't want to eat junk food. a thick drink helps trick the mind into thinking you ate something. I won't complain about the price because if you bought them in a store, they'd be pretty expensive for a single milk.Also, these are good to buy at the start of snow season/winter as an emergency food item. I bought mine in Late Nov 2014 and they are good through May 2015.
