Now I've had it 3 weeks and the handle pulled off and water sprayed everywhere!! I reconnected it... but it happened again 2 times, and then the braid started to deteriorate like garbage material... I'm just disappointed. The Hardware is heavy and great material, it is just an inflexible spring with a 1ft long hose that cant really reach to the bottom of my sink, so I keep pulling on it.Update: I contacted customer support, and told them what my situation is - they not only gave me what I asked for (a 3' hose) - but they also sent me a replacement original hose just incase I didn't like my own idea). They were prompt with their feedback and even rush shipped it to me. Their communication was always within 12 hours and I really appreciated that! Now I have a hose with a little more slack, that I won't wear and tear because of the inflexible spring. But I greatly appreciate the customer support going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great faucet and outstanding customer service *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2019* I purchased this faucet because I liked the combination of a pull-down sprayer and the pot filler. It arrived quickly and exactly as pictured and described. Unfortunately, I didn't account for the fact that the hose wasn't as long as I needed. That was on me. I contacted the company to see if I could get the longer hose another reviewer talked about. They quickly responded and I explained what I was hoping the faucet would do that it didn't, they quickly recommended a different faucet. I no longer had the original packaging so couldn't return the first faucet. They care more about the customer than the sale. Can't say that about most companies today. They quickly sent the new faucet I selected. Both faucets were easy to install. Both look great in my kitchen. The 2nd faucet reached as far as I needed. Unfortunately, they don't sell that faucet on Amazon so I can't review that one. It doesn't have the pot filler, but otherwise is about the same as this one, just the longer hose. This faucet is a bit higher profile, and my new faucet is a few inches shorter. I find I prefer it because I have a small kitchen.
