What’s the product made from?

Remnants of discarded hygienic products that would otherwise end up in landfills.

I have not found it dusty. In fact when I put it in brand new there is zero dust. When cleaning out old bedding there is some dust where my gerbils have chewed and shred it but I'm not sure if that dust might be from other bedding I add.
