There is no USB port on the unit and no mention of one in the instructions. The instructions do mention included batteries, but those are missing as well. This can't be good for my blood pressure!Update: Found batteries wrapped in the cuff in the pouch. Still no USB.Further update: Amazon gave me a total credit. Eventually I hooked it up and started using it. It works well enough. You might find it hard to put on your arm with one hand, but after the first time you can just slide your arm in. There is a switch on the back, but other than that you just touch the face.
