Dumpling Sauces
The seller is a very kind person who sent an email to make sure I got my order and if I liked it. The 2 sauces I got were both great. I got the spicy and the sichuan sauces. The sichuan is thicker and the spicy is more oil based. So it just depends on what you are looking for or what you are pairing it with, for which would be better. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

You will enjoy it
Robust flavor, that paired so well with Costco's Soup Dumplings, Xiao Long Bao, after being pan fried. This sauce has a thick consistency, wonderful fragrance and adds just enough flavor not to overpower a dish. We enjoyed this so much that we also ordered the sweet and spicy to try next!

Yuck!
Wile visiting my daughter in DC, we went to a Korean Restaurant and I had their dumplings which were fresh and tasted great. They were served with a dipping sauce that was sweet and hot at the same time and really worked well with the dumplings. I was hoping I could find something similar for home use. I ordered this and I have to say, I tried it once and was totally disgusted by the taste. I threw the whole bottle out. That's not to say there was anything wrong with it, I just did not like it. I also did not like the consistency of it. It was not watery like the one I had in DC or like soy sauce. It had a thicker - almost like catsup but it was also kind of a dry gritty feeling and tasted nothing like what I thought the ingredients should taste like. Again - it could be my taste only and not the product itself.

I love this sauce! (Sichuan Soy)
I wanted a different flavor for my ramen Al’s bought this on a whim. It’s delicious! The Sichuan pepper adds a numbing sensation that brings a different and tasty flavor to the sauce. You don’t even need a huge amount to enjoy the taste. I highly recommend it. I have to eventually try the others.

Sauce
I've reordered this many times. Good dipping sauce and addition to different Asian food when I order out.

Odd consistency
So thick! I don’t like how thick it is, it’s kind of hard to even shake in the oil (Sichuan Seasame Soy)

Tastes Like Grandma's House
I really wanted to like this. It initially tasted both salty and oily, but not fresh oil, more like oil that had been frying something salty all day. I thought maybe I just needed to shake it up more than I had. Nope, still nasty. It wasn't even just mediocre, this was something I don't want to try again. I still have it in the fridge for some reason, but even trying it again a week later just now, and it's still gross.
