Beautiful pen with a great ink flow. No blobs of ink are left behind when writing. Great thickness which makes writing a breeze.

Got this as a gift for a relative who needed a slim and more executive type pen. This fit the bill, with a renown name like Waterman for quality and not as expensive, or common, as a Cross. Contacted the relative after Christmas when he returned to work, and asked if it met his expectations. Response: I love the pen! It's really nice and writes really well. I'm already using it this morning!!"

The pen is gorgeous. Fit and finish are neat and glossy, and the pen has the weighty feel of a quality instrument, not a cheap plastic look-a-like. Most important though, is that most people do not know the difference between a $1,200 pen and a $60 pen, but can easily tell the difference between a $60 pen and a $2 pen. This pen is inexpensive, but absolutely not "cheap", and most of the people who have asked about it think it's a far more costly piece.
