The washing by hand is fair enough however on closer inspection the costume seams were not stitched together well, in fact so badly finished that a seamstress I took the costume to was amazed that it hadn't fallen apart when I was wearing it to my Aqua class. Very disappointed that I gave the company the ability to fix this issue and they pounced on the one thing I apparently did wrong despite the fact that a professional claims that the seams would have come apart with a hand wash anyway. The same thing has also happened to another suit that I bought from the same company. ### ⭐ GO TO ZOGGS *by K***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 February 2016* This is the 4th costume I've had of this style, from this seller in a period of around 18 months. These costumes are aesthetically pleasing and I was initially drawn to this costume because of the beautiful colours and styles and whenever worn, the costume gets numerous compliments.I swim anywhere between 3 and 5 times / 3 - 5 miles per week at my local healthclub so don't have any great expectations that a swimming costume used as frequently as this will last much longer than 6 months before being destroyed by chlorine. However, I ordered this costume in October of last year and have not worn the item a full 4 months yet. This is the 3rd out of 4 costumes bought from this seller where the inside lining has separated from the costume. Last week, I had to sew the lining back together in order to wear it. The product description states that the costume is chlorine and saltwater resistant but the white panels on this costume is now yellow from chlorine exposure.I contacted the seller prior to making this review to kindly inform them that perhaps this item was not being manufactured as promised and was, like another lady who has also reviewed this item for the same reason, fobbed off with "the fault lies with the customer for not hand washing the garment"I wash all my costumes on a 30 degree hand wash setting and radiator-dry them. Prior to noticing the inside lining detaching, I had on several occasions, noticed after getting out of the pool, loose threads coming off the costume.Swimming costumes are designed to be used in pools where chlorine is commonplace and should be sturdy enough to withstand a gentle spin on a hand wash setting in the washing machine before falling to pieces.Don't be fooled by the lovely colours and style of these costumes. You will end up very disappointed.The customer service here is absolutely appalling. ### ⭐ Poor Stitching *by V***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 April 2019* While this swimsuit fits brilliantly which is why I have made multiple buys of this product over the last 3 years, even putting up with the poor stitching. Also the fact that it describes 'endurance' but as a 4 day a week swimmer, the swimsuit looses its shape within 3 - 4 months. But none the less,I have been loyal to the brand because of the fit and comfort. This last purchase was the limit. after less than 2 weeks the stitching was coming apart at the seams. When the company were totally unhelpful and unwilling to exchange or replace the clearly faulty swimsuit, this was beyond helpful. Having returned the product to get a refund, I will look for an alternative product.
