This is a very high cushion and very comfortable. I keep it on my wheelchair so I sit higher to reach the kitchen counters when I am cooking. It has helped a lot. Much more comfortable than other gel cushions I have tried and it seems to be holding up nicely.

I actually wasn't sure if a cushion would help me with my back issues at work or not. HOWEVER, I've been so surprised at how much it's helped. Of course, it didn't magically heal all my aches and pains, but it cut them down by at least half, if not a little more. Highly recommend if you sit in a desk chair for 7+ hours!

This cushion replaced my 5ish year old donut shaped cushion. Sitting in one place for work all day, I’ve experienced significant back pain improvements and more comfort in proper posture with this cushion! As a L-XLsize woman I also find this cushion to fit me nicer than my actual chair.
