great cost, works gently

These cleanse pills worked pretty well for me and i was able to cleanse about 12 or so hours after taking the first pills. It is however really hard to take the suggested number of capsules. It suggests 5 in the morning and another 5 in the evening, but because i am small it was really hard to swallow 5 pills and drink all of the water necessary for them. I was only able to swallow 3 at a time because of all the water it requires and the feeling after taking the pills. The stomach discomfort wasn't as bad as some other cleanses i have tried and i didn't feel dehydrated after the cleanse.

This product is my favorite for years i been taking this.Im the only one in my family that goes to the bathroom everyday thanks to this product. Its gentle on my stomach and you dont have to run to the bathroom.I have tried other products and none have worked as affective as this and be gentle on my stomach.no cramps no heavy gas, it says to take it at night but i take it in the day and have no problems.

Product didn’t work at all I would not buy this product again. I even increased the dosage and it still didn’t work. Did I need to take the entire bottle at one time?

While the brand doesn't advertise it on the bottle/website they do appear to be GMP certified. The warning label about lead others have mentioned wouldn't be overly concerning if there was public certified testing for the products like NSF, but there is not. While it's listed as being made in the USA this supplement also doesn't really say where their products are sourced, though it seems likely they source root vegetables like ginger from China which can contain heavy metals, hence the warning. I did take the product for a bit, it seemed to help my gut somewhat and it is fairly affordable, but given the lack of transparency and testing, I don't think I would go out of my way for this product.

What would I do without this! As someone who struggles with slow motility, supplementing with fiber and other gut supporting herbs is an absolute must. I love that Renew Live Bowel Cleanse does not contain any laxatives, which do more harm than good. It's got magnesium and fiber, which are great for aiding motility, and a long list of roots and herbs. Then there is a trio of stars with the Slippery Elm, Marshmallow Root, and Oakra to support gun lining health! The dosage is a bit large with 5 pills, but that is to be expected with any fiber supplement. This is a quality concoction! Also, it's a great value for the price.

Great option for a bowel cleanse if you don't like the very harsh reaction you get from most medicine or laxatives. Works very quickly but doesn't upset your stomach or make you have immediate diarrhea.

I like this Bowel Cleanse from Renew Your Life! I've used similar products before, and this one has some good herbs in it that help with gut and bowel cleansing. Organic oat and flaxseed fibers are good, I used to take psyllium husk in addition to these (it bulks up stool more). I would give this product 5 stars, as it seems to work well for me, I had no negative side effects. I took 5 capsules in the morning as per the instructions. It states that you can repeat that in the evening if desired but I didn't see the need as I'm getting fiber from other sources too. The bottle contains 150 capsules, if you take 5 every morning it's a 30 day supply, which is a good value for the price (approx 50 cents per day). What I dislike and that's the reason I docked a star is that the manufacturer states that taking the 5 capsules that are recommended per day covers 48% of your daily magnesium.... I doubt this as if you research the forms of magnesium that our bodies can absorb, all differ and for Magnesium Oxide, which is the form that is included in this supplement, the absorption rate is only 3 % - the rest is excreted by our bodies and cannot be used. So it would make more sense for the manufacturer to include a chelated form of magnesium that our bodies can utilize better, like Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Glycinate (or Bisglycinate), Magnesium Malate, Magnesium L-Threonate, Magnesium Taurate or Magnesium Orotate. Magnesium Oxide is poorly absorbed but is good for short-term relief of constipation, indigestion and heartburn. I think this is why it was included here. I would recommend this product, it's gentle and doesn't make you run to the bathroom with urgency. Just ensure that you get some other form of magnesium as well and don't rely on this supplement to cover your RDI for magnesium.
