Great way to recover for football players
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Essential Recovery Tool for Athletes! We bought the AUVON Dual Channel TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Machine to support my son’s recovery during his football season, and it’s been nothing short of incredible. As a high school football player, he takes a lot of hits and pushes his muscles hard every week. This TENS unit has become a vital part of his recovery routine. The machine is easy to use right out of the box. The 20 different modes are impressive—each one targets different types of muscle tension, soreness, or pain. Whether it’s post-practice tightness, game-day soreness, or a specific muscle strain, there’s a setting that provides noticeable relief. The dual channel feature is a game-changer too—he can treat two areas at once, like his quads and hamstrings or his shoulders and lower back. The electrode pads (both the 2” and 2”x4” sizes) stick well and last through multiple uses without losing effectiveness. They’re comfortable on the skin and easy to apply. The adjustable intensity is also a big plus—he can fine-tune it depending on how sore he is or how deep he wants the stimulation. This little device is portable, rechargeable, and powerful. It’s helped reduce muscle tightness, speed up recovery, and even improved his sleep after tough practices. If you’re an athlete, or supporting one, this TENS unit is a must-have. We couldn’t be happier with it.

Works really well, and it's portable.
I bought this on the recommendation of my doctor as I struggle to heal from a back injury. I was surprised because I assumed these units wouldn't work. I was so wrong! The contoller has two ports (that are controlled separately), multiple settings, adjustments in the power levels of each setting and a timer. To me it feels as powerful as the commercial model they use at Physical Therapy. The pads are thin so they fit under my clothes AND the control unit is pocket sized so I can walk around while using it. There are lots of models with widely varying prices. I am very happy with the quality of this one. The instructions are very clear which is helpful because I found it to be a little complicated. But once I followed the instructions it made sense and I find it easy to set up.

Packs a powerful punch
My VA Primary Care recommended this tens unit when my biowave home failed.Do not be fooled by the tiny size as this unit packs a powerful punch. This unit is even wife approved for her sciatica issues and knee. She thinks it's amazing and would definitely recommend it. I think it's a great value.

Better than the 4th Gen cheaper 6 setting one...
Sorry for the long review and rambling, but this tens unit has caused a lot of confusion, and me being a curious little Hobbit, I can't *not* say it all.I cannot figure this thing out for the life of me. I've read the instructions so many times. I've had 2 of the other 6 setting cheaper ones of the same brand where you can't control the different sides (A+B), and I didn't even need instructions to figure that one out. On the instructions for pad placements, some pads are shaded. There's no indication on what that means, but chiropractor told me to crisscross them and I'm guessing shaded pads on the diagram are from one wire. The cheaper one was soooo easy to understand, but this one, not so much.I took pictures of how he had the professional one in the office on my back when I saw him 18 months ago then bought one for at home. He explained how to do it myself in detail so my dumb blondeness wouldn't cause more damage or injury to my already wrecked back. I'm 36 and I'm too young to hurt like this *sigh* BAD car accident. These instructions seem to be backwards on some of the placements from what my dude said. He's been a chiropractor and owned this office for like 20 years so I trust him more than this booklet.I think I might just do it how I was taught since I have no idea what the mode numbers mean... they don't really point to anything specific. What does the 1 and 2 mean? No specific instructions. Maybe like on mode 3/4, the "1" means 3 and the "2" means 4? Are A and B supposed to be on the same 1 and 2 of each mode, or the opposite? Does A and B have to be on the same mode if they're in the same spot, like my lower back? As in, putting A on mode 4 and B on mode 13?This modeI, the instructions should be more detailed since the others are so easy, this one has way more buttons and SO many settings. It works a lot stronger (maybe DEEPER is the word I'm thinking) with the modes which are the same as my old one, that's for sure, but the pain was gone in 30 minutes with the other one and with this unit it seems to take longer for pain to subside. I might try an ice pack and thin towel on top like the chiro does in office, he recommend that for my home use too.I wish I wouldn't have accidentally ordered two of them, but for the price it's okay. My best friend has more pain than I do, everywhere, so early Christmas I suppose? I'm too lazy to return it and I love her face. I might update my review with her thoughts when she uses it. The battery lasted FOREVER without charging on my last one, hopefully this is the same. I'm really irritated that this one is a micro USB charger, my others from this brand are type C. Pads are more sticky than the replacements I bought for the other unit. Overall, I'm happy with it. I got it on Prime day deals for $23, I anxiously waited for it to go on sale for months.I'm definitely taking it with me to the chiro for an adjustment in the next few days so I can get advice from the man who knows all the things and the stuffs. For now, I'll stick to my old one so I know what I'm doing.
