I have faux wood laminate floors, and I was afraid that over time my dogs wet/muddy paws would ruin the floors. I needed a mat that was discrete so the door would open, blend in well with the floor color and that I could use my spray mop on it for daily cleaning. This mat serves well for that and is the perfect size. My only issue is that it doesn’t want to flatten out completely so I had to use floor tape around all the sides and edges. I would rather it have a heavier rubber backing so that no tape would be needed and without the tape, the mat does slide around. You will need to place something heavy on the mat in order to make it flat. After doing so, it flattens out nicely. It’s Brown in color like a hardwood floor. At first, I was scared to buy this because of the reviews, but you can’t always trust every reviewer. It’s durable, but thin enough that it doesn’t get on my nerves.
