Goldilocks approved gum. Not too hard, not too soft. Good flavor, lasts a decent amount of time.

I've been using this gum almost every day, but it's too soon to actually say if they do what they say they do. But they taste really good, and the flavor sticks around for hours. I hope after a few months I can honestly say whether they helped retard the tarter buildup on my teeth. I will say my teeth feel cleaner for longer periods of time since I've been using this gum.

I finished all 4 bottles in about a month, give or take. I enjoyed this gum even if the flavor did not last very long.

Flavor is great! I was pleased but now am reading about studies that link Erythritol to cardiovascular issues and clotting disorders. Need to investigate further before recommending highly.

My dentist told me they would help me with my dry mouth. My dry mouth is causing me to have cavities.
