Appears good quality, fit for purpose. We used this when we were lucky enough to visit Lapland. It kept the rucksack dry given the environment of surrounding snow. Another useful feature is the reflective strips, which again provided particularly useful with the limited daylight in Lapland and need for identifiably when everyone is dressed in much of a muchness.

Have not used yet so cannot comment on ‘waterproofness’ but does all seem ok. Like others have commented, the buckle strap seems great to allow access to the rucksack without the cover pinging off. Looks like it will work well and is super lightweight. Only reason for deduction of a star is that only one little bag to pack them in is included. One is to go in my rucksack and one in my husband’s, so would have been good to have 2 small bags to pack them into individually when not in use.
