'Urantia' is the name of our planet Earth in the spiritual world, and this book stands almost alone in its great detail describing the functions and habits of spiritual entities, especially Jesus Christ, and our proper relationships with them. The only other book I know of which even comes close is Meher Baba's God Speaks, which I also recommend highly for those of you who wish to plumb the greatest depths of your own spirituality and understand your place in the world. I haven't finished reading The Urantia Book yet but I will, slowly and carefully so as to not miss a single golden drop of it's wisdom. It makes the Bible seem like a children's book in comparison, one with half it's pages missing. The story of Jesus told in The Urantia Book is powerful, beautiful, and intuitively authentic, far more so than are the clumsy obfuscations of the Biblical authors who never even knew him but merely passed on the oral traditions they recalled after many iterations of what we would today call games of 'Telephone' nearly wiped out Jesus' actual message to us (Paul was the worst offender!). The Urantia Book will free you from the rusty chains of Original Sin binding you to the false cult-like atrocity of 'fear of the Lord' that you may be suffering from, along with it's attendant sense of guilt you could not possibly be responsible for, and leave you ecstatic in the Light and Love of genuine spirituality, for God and Jesus are not to be feared at all, but instead are best understood in terms of how they LIVE IN YOU! Do yourself the best good possible and approach The Urantia Book with an open mind and heart, and you will not be disappointed.

I was surprised to find this book was still in print and available. I had a copy of it given to me many years ago and was in awe over its contents. What a read! Found out things I bever would have known or believed existed about Earth and the Universe. Anazing!

This The Urantia Book according to AI is a fantastic compliment to my The Book of Knowledge Keys of Enoch which I have owned several copies of over the many years I have been reading it. I will use this book for reference primarily only.

Always wanted this version....made me a better spiritual person. Does not detract from the Bible...it explains God's Words more fully.

This is my second copy of the Urantia book. The inside [ interior ] content is, of course, the same. My first copy was the blue/white quasi-leather soft cover issue. The replacement is because of a accident with my b/w copy. I was happy with the first issue, but because of a clumsy incident at home I was left with no other alterative. The "Cambridge" Leather Soft Cover is, the beauty of the "exterior" appearance of the Urantia. The MOST important part is, of course, the interior content. But for just "looks" alone, the Cambridge is the looker. Despite the unfortunate problem at home, I feel this a up-grade and a blessed find. If you find yourself in a position to replace your copy of this book ... you can do yourself no harm by getting this issue. I can't say it enough, the content is THE MOST important reason to own the Urantia book, but IF ... as can happen, you need a "new" copy, you might consider this issue.

I was excited to get this book until I opened it. The pages are very, very thin, almost like onion skin paper. If you use it for study, any markings you make will be seen on the other side of page. The paragraphs are not numbered like the other book I have so had to number them all. I will probably just use this book for simple reading, not studying. It is a nice book though.

Amazing book, for those who are seeking the path of truth & growth without religious doctrine. It a dip in dip out , or read from cover to cover ..which ever way you choose you will find gems of great magnetuide.. I have not finished reading the book as yet, however I am truly enjoying the revelations...

The leather Covert seems good and Soft, the paper is like bible paper and the Golden border on the pages is really appreciated in my case...i have a papal bible and its similar..with a lot of pages and knowledge.im open to every aspect of the creation and somebody suggested me this book and i buyed IT with no hesitation i resonated with the Word urantia....seems to me a Nice place to be...but Earth right Now as we speak Will be very funny...humanity in unity....until the best world we Will finale able to See....

This is a book you can open on any page and find something enlightening. It's a hefty read ( Nearly 2000 pages) but an extremely interesting read. Keep pen and notebook handy.

Beautiful soft leather cover. Pages are thin like a Bible, has a bookmark tassel thing. Just beautiful. The information within the book can have any cover, it doesn't matter. It's very important information. But the way this was made is wonderful💜
