Undelcynic Acid is the main ingredient and was the favorite military treatment for fungus elimination on many parts of the body. It worked on trenchfoot and on other parts of the body. You can find it in France but the price when shipped to the US is exorbitant.The original product was Desenex but is no longer available in the US. This product is not quite as strong as Desenex.This product works extremely well for me. Most of the other fungus killers don't work very well for me.Derman is made in Mexico and shipped from from El Paso.

Been using Derman as needed for decades. In my opinion, this is the best product for the money out there Doesn't smell the best, But it works.

I've ordered this eight times, first seven were zinc undecylenate and undecylenic acid which works better than anything else I've found. This last batch is tolnaftate which does nothing for me. No returns, so that's 12 tubes for about $50 and all useless to me. Picture is updated now but everything on the page says undecylenic acid and zinc undecylenate still as of writing this review. Seller was Sotodeals. I see other listings for Derman (3 pk, 6 pk) from Sotodeals that still shows zinc undecylenate and undecylenic acid in the picture too. Hate the misleading pictures and descriptions and then no returns allowed and no recourse.

About 20 years ago I discovered Derman, after many failures with other products (even prescription ones).

Hard to find this product in Hawaii, so being able to purchase his product online is a life saver.

I was disappointed to find that the Derman's formula was apparently changed and not mentioned on the sales page. This does not have Zinc Undecylenate - 18%, Undecylenic Acid - 5% as the ad states. The old formula worked well for me and the medium was more a paste that stuck to the skin for a long time. I'll give this a try as I've already opened it but unless it works for me I won't order it again.
