The clamps use wing nuts that are too wide for the brackets they are used on, so its hard to actually tighten them down. The smaller bracket is so tiny as to be functionally useless. The arm itself didnt have the bolts tightened enough to stay in place, which I had to do manually... but the space you have to work in makes it hard to do so. The "arm" itself is very firm and sturdy, but everything provided to takeadvantage of that strength and stability doesnt work. I could have gone aimiliar results by going to Five Below and buying a cell phone stand and a roll of duct tape.

Total crap. The gooseneck doesn’t attach tightly to the base for it to hold its position, and trying to tighten it slightly snapped the flimsy threaded tube right off. I’d return it if the packaging wasn’t crumbling styrofoam that had to be thrown away immediately.

So everyone is right about it holding the wands it sucks but wife loves it if you can get it to hold the wand. So solution go to your local hardware store and purchase the same size screws but a longer length. Got those and it's able to hold the Magic wand she has. This would be a 4 star or higher if I didn't have to rig it. As for pleasure wife would give a 5

it truly does not support the weight of any magic wand style toy. what a let down.

I should have listened to everyone else here saying it was basically worthless. At the time we did not want to spend more on one and liked it was sold by Amazon and would be delivered fairly quickly. Well, as others said, it does not stay put. Perhaps if it was on a pole since the backend of this mount has that curved notch, but in either case, would not stay on our bed frame. And while the gooseneck seemed really stuff, it would move with little pressure once on it.We ended up buying one from Etsy from a seller who makes a wand holder, out of Ukraine, and it's worlds apart in how well it works compared to this gooseneck one. Should have just bought that one instead up front instead of wasting the money on this Gooseneck one. It's a good idea, but does not really work well in practicality. So if you are looking at this review, take a look at the one from Ukraine on Etsy. They have multiple lengths, and it all adjusts very well and is very sturdy.

This doesn't support the wand's weight and the arm is not flexible enough. The washers slip and the arm swings and falls, it's a total mess. I won't endorse that it's anything but a scam.
