Udder Madness Cow Upholstery Milk, Fabric by the Yard

Wow this was a great buy. I used it to re upholster our bar stools and kitchen chairs myself. This was cheaper in Amazon compared to similar material from upholstery company that was selling for much more, this item is actually a better quality than what they offered. Its thick and perfect for reupholstering. It's holding up very well. Texture is really nice. I've installed about 2 months ago and is used daily. Holding up very well, no rips or fading. Very happy with this product.

Used this fabric to make a faux COWHIDE rug. I lined it with a faux suede upholstery fabric, and used Dan Tack 2012 Professional Quality Foam & Fabric Spray Adhesive to bond the two together, which is the perfect product, (on Amazon) for this project. It dries quickly and is not stiff. I cut the lining 1/2" smaller all the wy around, than the top piece and folded the top edge into to meet the edge of the lining, using some of the adhesive sprayed into a GLASS container, and a cheep small paint brush. You have to work in section bc it set quickly. Only allow enough time for the adhesive to become tacky, applying a medium thick amount with the brush and folding over in small sections at the time. I used 2 yards of the fabric turned out 5 ft x 6ft This rug could not have turned out more beautiful!!! Ordered cow print stools which I loved but the seats were too low for my counter. Decided I would remodel the stools I had. Before and after attached. This fabric is exactly the same fabric that was on the store bought stools! It has a furry feel and actual texture like cowhide. I could not be happier with how this is turning out! Only 2 yards and I have plenty left over to do a couple of throw pillows!

This fabric was very easy to work with when recovering the upholstery on my bed. Was able to use the scraps to recover a stool as well. It looks great and you can hardly tell is faux hair on hide. The great hair on hide look without the shedding of real cowhide! Highly recommend this for your upholstery needs!

We ordered this fabric because I really wanted to reupholster an ottoman storage bench for our western cowboy/cowgirl nursery. Our package was delivered by the postal service with holes in the package and they just threw it in my yard in the mud rather than bringing it to the door. It ruined the fabric. The sellers sent me a whole new one and I’m so thankful because I just love how this turned out!

Normally I'd rather buy from a fabric shop where I can feel the fabric. But after widespread flooding in my area, the two places I might have gotten fabric were closed, and I needed to cover some seats that were not looking too keen. This fabric is a little thin and I might not have bought it if I could have felt it,but it covered the chairs and looks good. I just wonder how long it will last.

Was hesitant to order this as most “faux hides” look fake and cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Soft but easy to work with and seems sturdy (used nailhead trim without problems). Detail of fabric is amazing- there are whorls in the “hair” and “wrinkles” just like real cowhide. Great price!
