McDermott Star S1 Pool Cue

This is a review about the product and not the seller. They are simply a reseller of mcdermott cues. They initiated shipping quickly upon order.Cue looks good and hits nice. Unfortunately after 6 shots the tip came off. I'm a long time mcdermott fan and this is not indicative of their best work even for a budget cue

I own three high dollar cue sticks my most prized is a 1980 Scruggs appraised at several thousand dollars ,I bought this cue and love it at 19 oz a little light but still shoots great replaced cue tip with a le pro hard tip and added weight bolt now 19 1/2 oz this is a cue you can grow with and change easily to your shooting style

Nice cue for the money well made shoots smooth with a good weight. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the shift does not have a metal joint it screws directly in the wood threads. This was bought for s house cue so its good but if you playing competitively I would spend more.

Straight and has a good feel. My grandsons first stick.

It’s a Mc Dermott. This is one fantastic stick. Straight as an arrow out of the box. Great leather tip. Everything you could want in a pool cue. I shoot tournament ball every Friday night with mine.Great customer service.

Great cue all around. The metal butt kind of spoils the "sneaky Pete" aspect, but I still love it.
