Perfect and easy to install

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for sealing an interior door that was converted to a sunroom behind it. Didn’t have a way to add door seals so this was exactly what I needed to stop the air drafts!

These cut well enough with tin snips and are self-stick, so installation is easy. The cuts do not line up perfectly (visually), a single-piece would be better (but hard to ship). If I had to do this over, I'd buy wooden door stops with kerf seals built-in from the local hardware store (though it would be more work).The rubber seal is quite stiff. I installed mine about a millimeter closer than "just touching", and that made the door very hard to close (has to be slammed). I do think the material should be softer (could also be old).

I have a side outside door to my house that has a gap big enough with Ohio winters to let a flow of cold air in. I tried weather strips but being our main in/out door they tended to come off. I looked forever for an alternative that would hold up to the use. I actually placed this on the inside of my door so when we go in and out it stays intact and keeps the cold air out (and if we ever see Summer again) the cool air in. I absolutely love it! Does just what I wanted it to do and would highly recommend. Really sticky and holds up to constant use.Good product, thank you.

These strips were easy to install. The rubber insulation strip is very hard (especially in cold weather) and does not have much compression. The tape strip did not hold however that may have been due to below freezing temperatures. I drilled holes and fastened them with small screws. This made them acceptable.

I only write reviews for two reasons - if the product is a waste of money and if the product rocks! This weather-stripping rocks.It cuts easily, the adhesive is top drawer and there was enough to do a standard sized entrance door. I did drill holes in the metal band every 8 inches and besides using the adhesive, screwed it soundly in place to the door frame. Not a necessary step, but I'm prone to going the extra miles when doing home DIY projects.I now have a door that was once quite draft, virtually draft free - how long the strips will remain pliable and seal well I can't say, but so far I'm as pleased as I could be.

So far this product seems to be great. Was received quickly and was easy to install. Used a hacksaw to cut. Seems to be a quality product. I am curious to see if it holds up through the winter. I would have preferred it to also have small holes so nails could be driven through to ensure it won't fall off, but the tape seems to be strong. Good product. I would recommend this.

I applied this to a bedroom door that had some gaps in it around the edges. Prior to installing this seal quite a bit of light and noise was able to enter the room. After installing this seal, the light and sound issues have been resolved. Not only that, but it actually looks pretty good as well if cut properly to fit the frame without any gaps. There was more than enough material included in this package to go around the entire door frame as well. I can't speak to the longevity of the adhesive yet since i just installed it a couple days ago, but as of now I highly recommend this product.
