Beats the Creami (I have both)
First batch of ice cream eaten!!!! I own the Ninja Creami and couldn’t resist this one. My comparison: - containers are half the size or less, perfect for single serving - much quieter, much faster! - very easy to use. Doesn’t require lots of muscle or thought about how hard/fast to push - blend not quite as fine/smooth. Gonna experiment with it a bit - easy to clean, although pushing the blade out to clean takes a bit to figure out with just 2 hands - Super easy to store Ideas for improvement: - recipe book is lacking. I’d like some basic rules to follow (max 1 cup liquid, no frozen fruit, etc) A note on alcohol would be helpful too - max point on cups is a little up arrow. Needs a line - super powerful motor. Could they make food processor or blender attachments? Overall, fantastic for the price! If I were going to only purchase one this would be it, given the niche tool and usage it will get in my kitchen.

Good inexpensive product
I have been wanting to get into making ice cream for a while. I’m still working on perfecting my recipes but this product is a good one. It’s compact and easy to use. The instructions were easy to follow. I wouldn’t mind a few more recipes in the booklet though.

Easy to use, worth the $, easy to store away
Love, love this ice cream maker. It’s basically just a specialized immersion blender. Comes with 3 “bowls “ and lids ( wish it was 4). Prepare the ice cream mixture, pour into bolw(s), freeze 24 and blend. SIMPLE. I have carpel tunnel and was afraid it may be a problem using the blender, but I found it VERY easy to use. The only problem I had was in cleaning the blades. Instructions say don’t immerse them in water, but if you don’t, it’s hard to clean thoroughly around and under. I clean with a wet paper towel but it’s very time consuming. All in all, I would buy again ( needs more recipes!!)

Never need to buy ice cream again!
I absolutely love this thing! I feel like I'm a professional ice cream maker now... Actually saved me quite a bit of money, because now I can just make my own ice cream. The only expensive part is you have to buy heavy cream which is kind of expensive. One thing I especially like about it is the compact design. And it's pretty easy to clean too. The things I don't like about it is that the containers has these holes at the bottom where ice cream gets stuck when you're trying to get everything out, kind of a pain to clean. I don't know why they didn't just make it smooth. The other thing that I don't care for is that you have to snap the mixing section to the cup... Then you put in the electronic part in at the top. For some reason it doesn't always go in smoothly and then I have to find another area to lock in, until the electronic part slides in. Honestly, I wish they didn't have this home locking in mechanism thing. But other than that I love it. It works perfectly. Probably one of the best purchases I made in a long time.

Better Than Creami!
I LOVE this machine! I had a Ninja Creami and returned it. It was way too bulky on my counter and wouldn't fit under the cabinets. And it was SO LOUD! It drove me nuts to use. It was also more expensive. I ended up buying this as a replacement and am so happy that I did. The cups aren't as large as the Creami ones, but that's fine with me. You get 3 cups and the machine fits in a drawer - not taking up space on the countertop! If there is a negative, it's that the mechanical part that holds the blade is a little tricky to clean, but that's a small price to pay for this machine. Also, I have rheumatoid arthritis and was worried that it would be tough pushing down or pulling up on the handle while it mixes. That isn't the case at all! I can do it with one hand - super easy! I would highly recommend!! I would definitely buy again!

Just as good (if not better) than the Ninja Creami!
I have had this for about a week. I bought my parents and in-laws the Ninja Creami and wanted something smaller for my tiny apartment kitchen. Although it has less settings than the Creami it really doesn’t need all the extra settings. I have made traditional ice cream, gelato, (healthier) Greek yogurt ice cream and it has been wonderful so far. Compared to the Creami, it is quieter, takes up less space, cheaper, arguably easier to use, faster (not by much), and accomplishes the same task. One downside is that the Creami comes with a booklet with TONS of recipes but those are all available online. Perfect for a couple with smaller space who doesn’t need large servings!

Great Concept, Defective Unit, and a Confusing Amazon Return Experience
I really wanted to love this. It's more compact than the Ninja Creami, quieter, and takes up less counter space. We got two batches out of it before the side lock became impossible to engage, couldn't push it in with my finger or the stick. Frustrating for a machine at this price. What made this so much worse was Amazon's new option to keep the item and receive a partial refund. The wording is poor enough that I accepted it thinking I was just helping Amazon avoid the cost of a return not that I'd be stuck keeping a broken machine. By the time I realized what I'd agreed to, the only fix was a full return, which meant starting over entirely. I decided it wasn't worth reordering the same product that had already failed me. I liked it enough that I still wanted a Creami, but wasn't willing to reorder a product that had already proven defective and had such a weird return experience. We ended up buying a Costco membership just to get one there because their return policy is actually straightforward.
