Just like the chiltepines I had in Hermosillo! Nice and hot. So happy to have found a supplier in the US. A little pricey, but worth it.

Turned my salsa red
The chilies were good but these one's in particular turned the salsa I mixed them into into a deep red color. Every other time I have used these chilies from other sellers or stores this never happened. It was very strange. Are these dyed in anyway?
