Pack of 2 Spiky Hard Massage Balls - Foot Arch Trainer Plantar Fasciitis, Muscle Massager Ball Exercise

I was originally contemplating returning these balls because they are very hard. However, I am so glad that I persevered and did not. In fact, I would NOT want them any softer. These things really work, whether it is treating a bad back, muscle spasms, pulled muscle, muscles, tight, shoulders, etc. Relief is immediate and it is because they are so hard that they work. It takes a little getting used to, but well worth it!

A nurse suggested I get these and so glad I did. I use them every other day for my Plantar Fasciitis and my foot feels better! They are made very well and I will be using them for a long time!!

My husband had knee surgery and we use this ball to stimulate and circulate the other leg since he is unable to walk unassisted. Ther different sizes are perfect and it also works on the neck and shoulders too. Material is hard plastic but it's solid and sturdy. Great buy if you're looking for things you can do at home that aren't expensive.

Recently my plantar fasciitis started acting up (not super bad) and I wanted to treat it immediately. I keep these two balls under my desk at work to massage the underside of my feet. So far it looks like my symptoms have subsided significantly.

These are firm and in the two sizes help to reach different places. They appear very durable and will last years Easy to use.

Not as spikey as I expected.

Small red one is great for the feet. Blue one is good to lay on and roll with it to get spots on your back. These are hard enough and spikey enough to massage problem areas.

Tardó cinco días más de la fecha inicial programada de recibido, y me notificaron del retraso. Se sienten de muy buena calidad, ambas pelotas. Al principio me parecieron muy duras, pero ya usándolas para el masaje plantar se sienten que cumplen el cometido... La azul me ayuda mucho a realizar el masaje plantar.

No son pelotas entrenadoras para después de la cirugía; son demasiado rígidas. Deberían ser blandas/duras para fortalecer el músculo. No sirven.
