Great card. Took me a while to get the LACP working under Windows7. Instructions shipped not that great for it, and nothing new about realtek teaming app since 2012 on the net. Here's how I managed it. 1. Install the device in the PC/Server and power on. 2. Went to device manager and uninstalled the drivers for it. 3. Search for 'realtek teaming utility windows 7' on Google, I used a link from Arvind Gaba's Technology Blog called RealtekTeamingUtility_V2_0_0_5_Win_3264bit - it dates back to 2009, but do not fear. 4. It installs as a diagnostics utility, but that utility allow teaming to be configured. 5. In device manager, right click on a realtek NIC interface, and get windows to update the driver. Do the same for the teaming driver. 6. In the diagnostics utility, configure a team and add the adapaters you want. Good luck.
