写真と違うもの届きました。
写真の商品と違うものが届きました。 商品タイトルの物で間違いはなかったけども写真はレーシングレッド。 店側が写真が間違っていたと認め返品しましたが、いまだに写真がレッドのまま変わっていませんし 返金理由も商品を受け取らなかったみたいな扱いでした。 店側のミスなのに返金も1週間かかるとかなので 気を付けた方が良いと思います。

商品管理が全くされていない
商品管理が全くされていない業者さんですね。商品が表示が正しく行われておらず、別の商品が届くという事何度も。間違えても商品を取り換えれば済むという対応のみで、当方の返品交換にかかわる作業や時間、労力に対してもアマゾンのル－ルがあって、、との対応で要領を得ません。利用は控えたほうが良いと思われます。
