Quality clean food. The lid had popped off inside the packaging so the Lotus seeds had spilled out but beyond that the quality of the lotus seeds are very good.

Package arrived with the container inside the non-food safe package completely open no safety seal on the container not safe to eat and now I have to spend an hour to return it!

Unfortunately, these arrived busted open. They seemed okay, so im taking a risk and using them, but packaging needs improvement.

These dried lotus seeds are dry, clean and free of fragments or any dusts. At the time of delivery, it has 10 months of shelf life. I don't think it's a good idea to eat it raw, I used slow cooker together with lentils and beans. They taste great after slow cooking. This is high quality, I highly recommend this product.
