Hands are far less slippy
Definitely much-improved grip in down dog, but bear in mind that you should dampen it for maximum effect. First time I tried it dry — silly me — and although it helped it didn't prevent all movement. Wet and you hardly move at all. Washes well and makes inversions much, much easier. Plus a nice colour and pattern, so very pleased.

Great hand towel.
I place this at the end of the mat to keep my hands from sliding. It stays in place and has a nice design.

Just Beautiful
I couldn’t resist buying the hand towel, the combo mat, and the bag. They are all so pretty and functional. The towel fits the yoga mat perfectly.

Good quality for price
Adorable vibrant pattern and very grippy when there's moisture. I spray mine with water before each session. Love the product and the price.
