Tough lamb
The pieces of lamb meat looked lean & there were very decent sized chunks in the 500g pack. I was looking forward to cooking it. However the meat was so tough it was inedible, despite slow cooking it for 2 hours. Worst quality lamb I have ever bought, could not chew it. Went in the bin. Shame
