how Long is this safe for a 4 month old who has ring worm to use?

I recommend you ask your Dr. to recommend a fungicidal ointment that is safe a 4yr old.

How is it known that the active ingredient is as listed? With a well know brand I presume reputation risk prevents cheating.

That is the kind of question that we should ask a pharmacist. My pharmacist told me that the brand Miconazole has been around for a long time. A bigger question is will it cure your skin issue. I bought the brand Repara for $2.50 per ounce which contains miconazole nitrate 2%. It has not cured a rash on my legs. Perhaps the brand name Miconazole with miconazole nitrate 2% would cure my rash, but I haven't tried it. I just started using the prescribed brand name Econazole at $150 per ounce. I will have to wait and see if that cures the rash.

Can you use this on your face?

This is the same thing used in Monistat for itching. So I have used it for that with no problem. If it works there should be fine on face too.

Does this product contain any hormone?

Not that I know of. My Dr. reccoemend it for a fungal infection and it has helped to clear it up. I also us Tree Tea wash which is not medincinal .
