I've installed it but before taking it out of the box there was damage to the packagin, then taking it out of the box and placing it on my tv, there is some damage to the surface of the guard, like something was scribbled onto the surface, a few of them, it is on the tv, I'm waiting on a reply from the seller to see what can be done

I was very impressed with this company! I bought 3 screen protectors. Shipped very fast! Had a small issue and they fixed it immediately!

Product seems decent. Had to pay an extra $40 for FedEx shipping duties. Don't remember being informed anywhere about that.
