Problems out the box Works well now
Mouse pad Tried the function key still no luck Had to use my wired mouse since it was not working had to add update then reset the function key.

The Laptop I received is the worst Laptop I have ever used
I bought the laptop with the intent of using it just as a streaming device and light browsing - youtube, yahoo fantasy sports, w/e. It arrived on time and the set up was easy. These were the only good part about my purchase. After using it for 2 days and leaving it alone for a week without using it, I turned the laptop on, and it never reached beyond the log-in screen. I tried restarting the laptop and even that took too long (i'm talking 15 minutes to restart a laptop for it to be back on the log-in screen, if at all).I would advise against buying this, even just to try.

Not as pictured, Virtually No Storage Space
As is mentioned before, this does not have a number pad as is pictured. I need one for several of my classes. Storage is also so low that it will hold very little other than Microsoft Suite. Screen has already started flashing/jumping after just a few days.

The second time I turned it on the screen was black and whole system needed a reboot. To bad it was a nice laptop.p

Thus would be a decent little computer if it had enough room for the windows update. Tried to update it and had no room.
