Recommend if you want something effective and not super obvious on your face!
I reorder this every month because it’s seriously the only pimple patch I’ve found that actually works quickly and stays on even when I’m moving around. Most patches either fall off or look super obvious on my skin, but these ones adhere really well and are much more discreet than others I’ve tried. The clear matte finish blends nicely so people don’t even notice them — perfect for daytime or overnight wear. They really do help draw out the gunk and reduce redness by the next morning, which is honestly everything I want in a zit patch. Pros: ✔️ Works fast on pimples ✔️ Sticks well — doesn’t peel off easily ✔️ Invisible/low-profile look ✔️ Easy and comfortable to wear Cons: 👎 Wish there were more sizes included (but still great overall)

Wonderful, no residue, effective, no EOs or other additives.
Skin type: dry, 40s, rosacea. When CosRX patches in Canada suddenly becoming obvious, ineffective, sticky mess knockoffs, I suddenly needed to find new acne patches. I’m allergic to lavender, tea tree, rosemary, and eucalyptus essential oils and extracts, and after browsing the various products out there, found tea tree in their descriptions often enough I realized finding an effective acne patch that won’t hurt me would be harder than just picking the top rated ones. I wasn’t interested in any of the star shaped or otherwise colorful ones, for me I prefer the clear version, not just for aesthetic reasons but also so I can see when it needs changing. I also don’t want to use microdart patches as my skin barrier tends to be compromised already due to my rosacea, it needs all the gentle care it can get and microdarts are not recommended for open sores, which admittedly, I do sometimes pick my skin until I put a patch on, something I think everyone is guilty of. You can’t be too careful with your skin, so I was in the market for a regular patch, no EOs, no actives, no microdarts, just regular colloidal acne patches. These are exactly what I need. Effective, they do what the CosRX used to do. They stick well but don’t leave residue when removed. I’ve had some stickiness here or there but nothing gross or hard to remove, just a quick wipe with micellar water does the trick. They even stick on moisturized skin, and applying sunscreen over them doesn’t pull them off. They last all day. They are semi-matte, so they’re not very obvious by being either too shiny or too flat, they match moisturized skin well. I don’t wear foundation on the daily, I work in a lab and it’s not a great plan, so I can’t really say one way or the other how they work with foundation. I don’t feel applying foundation over these would work well, so I would do your makeup, then use a q-tip with micellar water to remove your makeup from where the patch will apply, put it on, and tap out the edges. I had tried cutting my own patches out of colloidal bandaids, but the material is too thick to not notice on your skin, and it was difficult to get the right size and not have corners that lift. The value per patch is very high in my book, given the longevity and effectiveness. With no EOs, they don’t irritate my skin or cause worse sensitivity issues I caused myself by not being careful about using EO-containing products (even if they say hypoallergenic or dermatologist approved, you’re putting yourself at risk!). I will continue to buy again and again.

These really work. So grateful to have found them.
I love this product. I have never left a review on any of the (beauty) products I have purchased through Amazon (I buy bulk household goods along with everything else). I used to work in a hospital in the Florida Keys. I saw an unprecedented amount of MRSA there (not sure if it's the heat, constant sweating, ocean or bayside water). After a year of working around this stuff; I myself got this highly contagious infection. I thought it was spider bite and all said and done it almost killed me. It took over 2 years for my system to fight this off. I can't count how many times doctors have had to slice into my face which caused extremely deep scars. Well, many years later I am fighting hormonal acne (45 years old and living in Tennessee) and it often comes up under these scars. It makes the scarring worse because to get out- it has to create a path around the scar to healthy skin. That means what should be a normal pimple turns into a huge, unsightly mess. I am always touching my face and even though I know it makes it worse; the always wrong "popping". I came across these kinds of patches and tried another brand the first time. Well, they fell right off my face and it was a huge waste. I did like the bigger patches that covered a large area at night, but even though this size stayed on, it did not pull out the gunk, there are not enough of them, and they didn't help with healing. I tried the Rael brand next. Let me tell you these things stick, you clearly see the ick they get out, they stop inflammation and redness (not to mention protect from me from touching). These stay on even when I put lotion on top of them. With both products I made sure to apply to a clean, dry face. I can't explain how nice it is to watch these pimples go away, not deal with unsightly, angry, red, big pimples on my face. These work and I put them on right over the scarred area's when I see or feel one of those really deep pimples coming. They have already stopping new scarring because they actually pull that crap out right through the scar. This doesn't happen overnight but a couple of days and they heal instead of getting infected and hanging around for weeks. If you have any problems with acne I would say to give these a shot. I do wish they had bigger patches that cover wide areas for bedtimes. Maybe they do and I just haven't found them?? My personal experience has been great and this is my new "go to" product. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with deep, painful acne, and those that get normal pimples because I deal with both.

Actually works overnight - pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical about pimple patches but decided to try these after a particularly stubborn breakout. Applied one before bed on a whitehead that had been bothering me for days. By morning, the patch had turned white and the pimple was visibly flatter. The adhesive stayed put all night without irritating my sensitive skin, which was my main concern. The variety pack is useful since different sized blemishes need different coverage. I've found the medium patches work best for most situations. They're nearly invisible during the day if you need to wear one out. The price point is reasonable compared to drugstore alternatives, and you get plenty in each pack. My only complaint is that they don't work as well on deeper, cystic bumps, but I don't think any patch really does. For surface level pimples and whiteheads, these definitely speed up the healing process. Would recommend keeping a pack on hand for those random breakouts.

Just buy them!
You need pimple patches. Listen, I can’t speak to your acne, but chances are if you’re reading this review you have some type of pimple that can be helped by pimple patches. I’ve tried 3 different brands, for your convenience, and these are my favorite. Matched in stickiness to CosRX (which are both better than Avarelle), tied for cost with Avarelle (.17/ea vs .12/ea for CosRX - although these are all in the budget bracket), most useful size options so you don’t get stuck with leftover awkward sizes, fastest to flatten and reduce pain for deep cysts, and BEST at bringing new pimples to a head and sucking the life out of them. For background, I’ve been struggling with a year-long breakout, my skin only rebelling further with my attempts to rule in or out various causes. So, after one particularly bad reaction from yet another new product, I was back on the internet and read about pimple patches. Like I said, I’ve been going through 3 brands over the past several weeks as I continue to work out what’s causing all this to begin with. These have worked best on deep cystic pimples and new white heads that haven’t yet formed a head. If I get them early, some can be flattened (and therefore pain reduced) before they ever form a head (overnight in most cases). Even if it’s not gone completely by morning, it hurts substantially less and is easier to cover up. For others, I may have to wear a patch continuously (changing out as needed) over several days. I can wash my face and take a shower without these falling off! Luckily we’re all at home, or wearing masks when out these days. These are the most discrete, but I wouldn’t say any I’ve tried are coverable for actual in-person human interactions. My attached picture shows 2 patches and 1 make up covered healing pimple (more noticeable than the patches to me). I think the patches are perfectly fine on zoom/camera. Now, if you’re anything like me (and you are, if you’re looking for pimple patches), you are also one of the lucky few (many?) whose anxiety manifests in picking, no matter how bad you know it is for you. That’s the absolute #1 benefit to pimple patches. When you feel the urge to pick, slap one of these on and LEAVE. IT. ALONE. Trust the patch and it’s mystical powers. This brand especially are the best at pulling out all that nasty stuff that you will try and try to squeeze but never fully get. You’ll see the patch turn white with satisfying success, and then (remember, I know you) you’ll go to change it out and think, “well, if the patch can pull THAT out I can just get the rest myself”. False. You won’t be able to, because you don’t have the voodoo pixie magic these patches do. You’ll try to squeeze and pinch and push, and once you’ve gotten your fix, just put another patch. The patch will forgive you, and just go right on healing that pimple in spite of you. Long story short (not very short), these are amazing. I’m REALLY hoping to get my ish under control sometime soon. But, even if I do, I will absolutely keep these on hand for the inevitable day-before-a-(now nonexistent)-big-event pimple. They’re an absolute essential to any acne sufferer.

A lifesaver for whiteheads and preventing acne scarring
I’ve been using hydrocolloid pimple patches for years, and these are the ones I consistently repurchase. They work best on true whiteheads. When used overnight, they absorb fluid, reduce redness, and noticeably flatten the blemish by morning. The biggest benefit for me is that they protect the area so I’m not tempted to pick, which has made a huge difference in preventing lingering marks and scarring. The patches are thin, stay in place well, and are subtle enough that I feel comfortable wearing them out for errands or walks. They’re more common in public now, and these blend in better than most. One thing to note is that they don’t stick well to skin that’s been recently moisturized or treated with other skincare products. I get the best results applying them to clean, dry skin. Also, if you’re looking for something decorative, these are very plain. They’re not the cute star or heart-shaped patches you’ll see from some other brands. I’ve also found they can be helpful when used as part of a broader acne routine for early-stage blemishes, even before a whitehead fully forms. My skin heals faster and looks calmer compared to leaving breakouts uncovered. If you deal with occasional whiteheads and want something effective and low-profile, these are worth keeping on hand.

It's not invisible
These pimple patches do what they're supposed to — they cover the spot and help it heal faster. My daughter used them overnight and seen good results. However, they are not as invisible as the listing suggests. You can definitely see them on your skin, especially if you're not wearing makeup over them. They're more of a matte, noticeable patch rather than a true "invisible" cover. Fine for home or overnight use, but probably not what you want for daytime wear under makeup or in bright lighting.

Extremely sticky
I’ve bought these so many times now and I’m still obsessed. They stick really well and stay in place all day (or night) without peeling up. They do a great job of pulling everything out of the pores without being too harsh, which I love. I also didn’t experience any irritation or redness after using them, which is a huge plus for my sensitive skin. They come in two sizes, so it’s easy to pick the right one depending on the breakout, and they’re clear enough that they’re not super noticeable when worn. Overall, super effective and convenient—definitely a staple in my skincare routine for me.

The only ones that actually work.
I will vouch for these until I die - they are genuinely the only patches i've tried that actually work.

Does what it needs to do.
Very effective and practically invisible on my pale skin. They are a bit expensive, but absolutely worth it if you can’t wear the cute pimple patches with the designs on them. I’m not sure how invisible these will be on darker skin tones, but you can always dab a tiny lil bit of concealer on them.

Sorprendenti

Invisible and mighty
5 star product! I get pimples very frequently and they often come hard and strong out of no where! These patches are so invisible that once I put them on, sometimes i forget where they are! But, the efforts in invisibility doesn't compromise its effectiveness. Always always get the guck out. Strong and mighty 💪 Will 💯 continue to repurchase.
