Took me a bit of figuring out because Dremel rotary is made different than B&D so the instructions have to be interpreted and figured out. Biggie tip: the silver plastic collar at the tip of the RTX has to be unscrewed and it doesn't look like it can be until you get pliers and try it. That silver part will not go back on if you keep the flexshaft on because the flexshaft has it's own screw on collar (black).
