Great stuff. Really works.
I struggle to take normal antihistamines as they all make me too drowsy to work and keep my eyes open past midday. Not great when you've got to work/ live rather than sleep all day. My hayfever and allergies mean I kept wasting money trying many various brands and different active ingredients and herbs and other stuff sold for allergies and honestly I thought this would just be another one to add to the list that doesn't work. I found this supplement through googling alternatives to antihistamines and thought I'd try it. My allergies are still present but they've dialled down enough so I can live with them perfectly fine- I get the odd sneeze and sniffles that is it. Headaches have gone which were really bad with my hayfever. I don't get the exhaustion and deep fatigue that the other antihistamines cause and they've been really helpful overall. I stopped taking them for a week (because I was busy) and my symptoms came back hence I knew they really had worked. I think the cost was reasonable. Easy small tablets to take, compared to some I have. And I will be back for another lot when these are done.

Helps with MCAS
Been taking this for over a month now. Three times a day. I can tell it helps with my MCAS issues. Keeps me less inflamed and I don’t seem to be flushing like a normally do.

Good Stuff! The Only 3rd party tested Luteolin with both sources of Saphora japonica. Luteolin And Rutin. This does wonders for my brain and memory. I take it with Lions Mane 50% polysaccharides. Helps the fog. I'm remembering my dreams again. Highly recommend.
