This is easy to fit comfortable and does the appropriate job for stabilizing the lumbar spine. This brace is to be used like a tool used when you need it not used with sitting. This is a medical grade lso. I fit these braces or similar braces all the time I would recommend for good quality.

I've had one of these before a few years back because of a slipped disc. I gave it away to a buddy of mine when the same happened to him, unfortunately he moved to Nevada and took it with him. So I bought this one, I was on the fence because it looked the same but you can't really trust anything anymore. Fortunately it ended up being the same great quality, there is a crazy amount of support for not just the back but the whole core. Note that this is not a descreate back brace, you'll look like a turtle but it's a good trade off if you can hardly stand up on your own, other 30 dollar braces only give you support on your back but neglect the core which to me is basically useless. This brace is worth every penny

BRACE ALIGN Back Brace- My old back Brace was overdue for retirement. It wouldn't hold me the way a big guy needs to be. I finally splurged on a new back brace and I am so happy I found BRACE ALIGN. This is a quality product. I weigh 260 pounds and this brace holds me well. You will not be disappointed in this carefully thought out and well made brace. It is very comfortable and helps with my posture very well. I've only had it for about a week so I'm not yet sure how durable it is over time, but so far it's doing very well. Compared to other braces I've had though, this one does the job. Others I've had couldn't hold the weight.

This is a supportive back brace. It is difficult to sit in a vehicle with it on, though, and that was one of the reasons I purchased it because we take long car rides, and I had hoped it would help with my bad back.

My physical therapist and chiropractor recommended this brace to help with my back pain given the back issues I deal with regularly. I needed assistance getting it to fit my body and fit correctly, but after that it's been great. It has multiple size choices which makes it great for most people. My only issue is that, with daily wear, the strings never go back in place. This makes it more difficult to get the right fit the next time you wear it. Also, the back padding comes off easily, which can be a problem when trying to put the brace on.

This back brace works wonders for my husband who had spinal fusion surgery. His doctor recommended this brace. It is just like the hospital brace that he had before but a fraction of the cost!

Works great, helped after back surgery, and still use when our backs are sore from over doing it.
